How long will it take for my order to arrive? We will send you an e-mail confirming the details of your order immediately.
You can expect your order to be fulfilled and mailed within 3 business days.

The first order you place on our website must include gift card payment.
Any payment due above the gift card amount will be processed through PayPal®.
You may also use PayPal® to process payment for any additional orders placed on our website, in lieu of or in combination with gift card payments.

If you experience a problem with your order, or if you wish to return an item, simply contact us via e-mail, or by mail.
Can you answer any questions about the value of a collectible?
Yes, we will answer your questions, if we cannot answer, we will refer you to the appropriate sourse for the solution!
How does the gift certificate work on your site?
You can purchase a gift certificate and we will send an email to the receiver that you designate.
The certificate will only be valid towards items in Collectorsdream inventory pages.
We will address the email as a "Special Surprise" from a friend or family member.
Can you find a certain collectible for me?
Sure, we have many sources to find what you are looking for.
